Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations,
postponements, and transfers of registrations for WebiConX webinars. By registering for a webinar, you agree
to these terms.
Cancellation, Postponement, and Transfer of Registration
Cancellation Policy
- If WebiConX cancels a webinar, participants will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid
excluding service charges, or usable for another WebiConX event within one year of the cancellation date.
Postponement
- If a webinar is postponed and participants cannot attend the rescheduled date, they will receive a credit
for 100% of the registration fee excluding service charges, or usable for another WebiConX event within one
year.
Transfer of Registration
- Fully paid registrations may be transferred to another person from the same organization if the original
participant cannot attend. Requests must be sent via email to the conference email ID and finance@webiconx.com.
- Required details: full name, title, contact number, and email of the replacement. All registration details
will transfer unless otherwise specified.
- Registrations may also be transferred to another WebiConX Webinar if the participant cannot attend the
original event.
- Transfers cannot occur within 15 days of the webinar and are not eligible for refunds.
Visa Information
- Updates regarding upcoming physical conferences will be provided.
Refund Policy
We value our participants and aim to provide transparent policies that protect your interests while helping us deliver a seamless experience.
Refund Conditions:
- More than 30 days before the webinar:
Eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- 15 to 30 days before the webinar:
Eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Within 15 days of the webinar:
No refunds will be issued.
- E-Poster Payments:
No refunds will be issued.
Important Notes:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official email address: contact@webiconx.com.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
- Any transaction or currency conversion fees charged by the bank or payment gateway are non-refundable.
