Guidelines
  • Abstracts must align with the scientific topic of the webinar.
  • Submissions may include original research, reviews, clinical studies, or case reports.
  • Abstracts should be written in clear, professional English.
  • Recommended word limit: 250–300 words (excluding title and author details).
  • Abstracts should include: Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Biography(s), Author(s) Contact Details, Background/Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  • Submissions must be original and not previously published or plagiarized.
  • Ethical approval and patient confidentiality must be maintained where applicable.
  • Accepted abstracts may be considered for oral, poster, or digital presentations.
  • Submission of an abstract does not guarantee presentation or participation.
  • Authors of accepted abstracts may be required to complete webinar registration.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee, and decisions are final.
  • Important dates and program details are subject to change.
